So if we got you a refund lets say for $10,000 you get $5000 we get $5000. And we look at that as found money. Without us looking or anayls the old bills that have been filed away never to be look at again without you guys knowing that you would not have known about the potential savings and refund. We can actually go back 3 years retro actively and we will try to recope any kind of saving that you guys should have received and you just weren’t aware of it because of the utilty bills and people aren’t aware of a lot of things.

My name is _______ and I am a senior sales associate with Commercial Utility Consultant’s (CUC). We have been in the business of analyzing utility billings and securing refunds for our clients since 1975 working with companies such as DuPont, Quaker Oats, Coca Cola, Verizon, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Attached is our “Refund Only” proposal for your review. Under this arrangement, we would analyze your previously paid electric, gas, water and sewer billings in order to determine if there are any areas of potential refunds. These are bills that have already been paid and filed away never to be looked at again.

Should we identify a potential refund opportunity, we would contact you with the details and seek your approval to pursue the refund. Once we get the go-ahead, we do the all work necessary in order to secure the refund on your behalf. If our efforts are not successful, you pay us nothing. This is truly a "no lose" proposition. You never pay us anything unless and until we secure a refund or credit.

All we need to proceed is a copy of a recent electric, gas and water/sewer bill and the attached agreement and letter of authorization (LOA) signed and returned. Please note, we only need 1 bill for each utility account as we obtain the historical information directly from filing the LOA.
