                   Follow the call flow to lead you through the call 

The purpose for the Call Flow Script is to flow through your calls easy as possible. Read call script as though you are talking with the customer on the phone and not just read word for word. Stay with the script and read verbatim until you feel comfortable to change scripting as needed.

As Agents look through the Scripts for campaign you are calling for . Agents will find that it will be most helpful to navigate through the call and help close the sale or setting appointments. It is mandatory to collect customers demographics contact information for our records.
