I have work hard to become a well qualified support specialist with basic Technical skills and customer service. I have worked in callcenters such as At&t Tech support, Comcast Tech support, medical services onsite and remotely in the past. I am eager to implement what I have learned in a practical and impactful manner

What are your weaknesses ?
· For my weakness, I always say that some people say I'm over-friendly. You can't
go wrong with that one. Usually, the person interviewing is like "Oh, that's not a bad thing at all."
"I'm always told that I am a bit too slow... but that's only because I want to do the best job I can. I guess you could say I'm a bit anal when it comes to perfection." An employer can only look at
that as being a great characteristic, and in no way a negative quality to possess.
What are your strengths?
Strengths is my communication skills. I work very well with all kinds of people. I understand that everyone has different perspectives about projects and work tasks. When I work with other’s I realize that everyone comes to the table with different priorities and objectives. I keep this in mind when I communicate tasks that need to be accomplished with positive reinforcement and awareness of what others are working on.

Tell me about a Time You Went Above and Beyond in Retail/Customer Service:
I was working as a Tech support for At&t helping a customer who was lock out of their voicemail. I took the steps in resetting her voicemail password and made sure she had access so she could check her voicemail messages. However, the customer had a problem of hearing. I spoke very slowly and clear so that the customer can hear me . And was able to follow my direction in resetting and logging into her voicemail . Customer was able to access her voicemail message and was satisfied with the service i provided
Tell us about a time it was difficult to work with someone ?
I have had a co-worker that was always negative and always viewed things in the worst way possible. I always tried to keep things light when I talked to him to help cheer him up and keep him in a more positive mood. It helped balance him out so he could focus on the job in a more positive light

What is the Hard Drive?
Hardware component that stores all of your digital content. Your documents, pictures, music, videos, programs, application preferences, and operating system represent digital content stored on a hard drive. Hard drives can be external or internal.
What is a Mother Board?
It ties the computer components togethers in order for it to work well

By being confident and having a mindset not to fail. Being in a right frame of mind stay consistent at all times. Be organized and focus. Closing at least 30% or higher percentage of the deals

selling a product or service to a consumer or business. But in practice, it means so much more. A lot of effort goes into successfully closing a deal – from sourcing prospects, to building relationships, and providing customers with solutions.

What make me an effective salesperson is knowing how to identify the customes needs to take the right approach in selling to them. Showing Empathy to the client that will provide valuable insight and feedback from the client. Also establish relationship and earning the customers trust, making the customer more likely to buy.

I was as a REMOTE salesperson for Liveops making cold calls to sell insurance products. I worked here for 4 years and picked up communication skills during my time here. My latest job was also in REMOTE sales, working for AT&T company and selling to members of the public in shopping centres across the country. In this role, I learned how to work well as part of a close-knit team.'
