Hi ___, my name is ___ from Onix Energy, how’s it going today?
Great, I understand that you are the person to speak to when it comes to the utility rebates
and government incentives for the Power energy utility portfolio, is that correct?
The purpose of my call is to determine your annual consumption and see what incentives
and rebates you qualify for, got a minute?
If No -> That’s not an issue, what day + time is best for you to take 10-15 minutes and see
how much energy we can cut out of your annual usage? Remember, this is guaranteed savings
and your utility will pay you to do it. Which month, day, time work(s) for you?
If Yes -> Great! I’m an energy consultant that works with (utility name here)’s commercial

The first phase:
The goal here is to stabilize the financial side of energy. It's easier to estimate costs, subsidies
and return on investment when we eliminate a few variables such as market rates. I assume
you’re already on a commodity contract?
If yes -> Great! When is it up? I’m just going to update our records. (Go to next phase)
If no or contract is ending -> That’s not a problem, we can get that out of the way for you
in no time.

The second phase:
As I mentioned at the beginning of the call, there are subsidies and rebates you qualify for due
to your commercial (residential) consumption. There are quick fixes like heating, ventilation and
lights. It’s easy to eliminate supply and delivery costs by removing chunks of your annual usage.
It is guaranteed savings that your utility will pay you to complete. Have you taken advantage of
those free incentives yet?
